Wyant Group’s COVID-19 Response
With growing global concerns around COVID-19, I wanted to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority and we are following the lead of the World Health Organization and the Government of Canada.
First and foremost, I want to assure our customers that we are taking all appropriate measures to keep our facilities (dealerships, car washes, collision centres, etc.) safe and that we have existing plans in place to ensure they stay that way. As of March 13th, the Public Health Agency of Canada has assessed the public health risk associated with COVID-19 is low, but we will continue to take all necessary precautions.
We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our employees, including:
Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols in all of our locations, with a particular focus on high traffic and high contact areas.
We will provide additional hand sanitizer when possible to anyone entering our facilities.
Employees have been reminded to take increased care to reduce transmission through proper hand hygiene and instructing them to stay home and seek medical attention if they are feeling unwell.
Together we can create a safe and healthy environment while still providing you with the exemplary service you’ve always excepted from us.
Our staff are prepared to continue operating as seamlessly as possible by offering vehicle drop-off and pick-up for service appointments, collision repair appointments, detail appointments, sales deliveries and at-home test drives. If you require this service please contact the facility directly.
As always, we are more than willing to schedule a Facetime call with you to review a product you are interested in and please take advantage of our online shopping tools if you are more comfortable shopping from home.
We continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide ongoing updates as needed. We also encourage you to stay informed by following updates on Canada’s Public Health.
Thank you,
