The Spirit Of Giving

Vaughn and the entire Wyant Group team believe in giving back and supporting the communities in which we do business. For over thirty-five years, Vaughn and our group of companies have provided both hands-on and financial assistance to causes – both large and small – in the arts, culture, sport and healthcare, among others.

Remain Modern – Significant donations, such $1 million to the Remai Modern Art Gallery of Saskatchewan exemplifies this dedication, loyalty and philanthropic allegiance. Smaller, but equally impactful contributions, have transformed the lives of many, such as the Friendship Inn, Saskatoon Crisis Nursery, Saskatoon SPCA, and countless others.

Humboldt Broncos – After the Humboldt Broncos bus tragedy, the Wyant Group team came together to host a drive-thru pancake breakfast that raised over $100,000 for the Humboldt Strong Community Foundation, in support of Saskatchewan first responders.

University of Saskatchewan / Merlis Belsher Place – Vaughn and the Wyant Group donated $500,000 to the University of Saskatchewan’s Home Ice Campaign. The funds raised for the new rink project help develop a twin hockey-pad multi-purpose facility named Merlis Belsher Place situated next to the Saskatoon Field House.

STARS / The Pegasus Project – Most recently, we are proudly and enthusiastically supporting “The Pegasus Project”–a unique fundraising initiative for STARS air ambulance and its fleet renewal campaign. The Pegasus Project is building a custom 1968 Ford Mustang 427 Coupe, to be sold at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona (January 2022) with all proceeds coming home to STARS in Saskatchewan.
